How do I get in contact with you?

What is the cost of membership?
We offer half year and full year memberships at a cost of $150 and $300, respectively. There is a one-time application fee of $50, which does not have to be paid upon membership renewal.
What does TWIG stand for?

I want to pay for membership online; why is there a $5 convenience fee?
We currently use Paypal to process online payments, and we are charged for that service. The $5 fee covers the cost of each transaction.
How can I submit my deal to your members?
You must be a TWIG member in order to offer or to participate in any real estate opportunities presented at our general meetings or on our conference calls. TWIG members can contact the investment committee in advance to coordinate offering any deals to TWIG members: investments@twigllc.com.
How much does it cost to attend your meetings?
General meetings are included in the cost of a TWIG membership. We welcome guests to our informative, monthly meetings and their cost is just $10. Members who are not current must pay $10 to attend a general meeting.
